These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).


1. Only open to residents in England aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group or Stonegate group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

5. - There is 1 x prize to be won which includes one pair of hospitality tickets to the Women’s UEFA EURO Final 2025 Switzerland on Sunday 27th July 2025. Hospitality includes exclusive pre-match hospitality, Friday night welcome event and Saturday lunch event. This includes 2 nights on Saturday 26th July – Monday 28th July 2025,

- £400 cash to book flights. Winner and guest are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate visas, passports and travel insurance for travel.


6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners, to verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.


7. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. No multiple entries from a single IP address in excess of the restriction in Term 3 will be valid. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of entry due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry system. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.



8. There is no alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes.


9. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.


10. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.


11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion, and/or its terms and conditions in whole or in part, without prior notice due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.


12. If a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.


The participating outlets have a right to refuse entry or service in accordance with the outlet’s Premises Licence and in the interest of promoting the licensing objectives.

The winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the outlets in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.


All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.


Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.


The winners will be the first valid entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries. The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 2 days of the draw date. If the winner does not reply within 3 working days, another winner will be drawn. If the second winner does not reply to the email within 3 working days, another winner will be drawn, and so on until a winner is confirmed
