At Craft Union, we’re proud to operate over 650 community pubs right at the heart of high streets and neighbourhoods across the country. We believe the pub should be the beating heart of its community – a place where strangers become locals, and locals feel right at home.
Our operators are the heartbeat of our pubs, crafting welcoming spaces where everyone’s invited, and the atmosphere’s always spot on. Whether you’re popping in for a perfectly poured pint at karaoke night, there’s always something going on. From charity fundraisers to quiz nights and a good old game of sticky 13s, we bring people together, because that’s what a cracking Craft Union pub does.

At Craft Union, we believe the pub should be more than just a place to grab a pint – it’s the heart of the community. From fundraising nights to charity challenges, our operators and locals pull together to make a real difference.
We’re always on the lookout for brilliant people to run our pubs, the kind who know their locals by name and their regular’s drink by heart. If you’ve got passion, drive, and a knack for bringing people together, you could be just who we’re after.
