These Terms and Conditions apply to the joint promotion prize draw available at the Operator’s participating pubs (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you (“Participant”, “you”, “yours”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of the Operator, which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree to any other applicable third-party terms. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Part 1 (Commercial Terms) and Part 2 (Conditions) together are the full terms and conditions that govern the Prize Draw (“Terms and Conditions”).
Capitalised terms used but not defined shall be defined for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
PART 1 – COMMERCIAL TERMS
PROMOTER AND OPERATOR
The Promoter is: Stonegate Pub Company Limited of 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.
The Operator is: Stonegate Pub Company Limited of 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.
The prizes awarded are agreed to be reimbursed to the Operator by: Heineken UK Limited of 3-4 Broadway Park, South Gyle Broadway, Edinburgh, EH12 9JZ.
ENTRY PERIOD
Collector cards will be available 10th-13st March 2026. Any Collector card completed before or after this time period will not be valid.
HOW TO ENTER?
A collector card will be given to a customer purchasing a “Qualifying Product”, this collector card can be completed at any time during the promotion period. Customers should request / retain their receipt to validate any prizes.
A Qualifying Product means any of the following: Birra Moretti (Pint), Birra Moretti (Half-Pint), Birra Moretti (Bottle), Birra Moretti Zero (Bottle).
5 qualifying products must be purchased within the competition window.
A maximum of 1 ‘stamp’ will be awarded per qualifying product purchase made during each separate race throughout the Cheltenham Race Festival.
Collector cards are limited to 100 per pub.
The Operator accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any lost or damaged collector cards.
Multiple entries per Participant will be permitted where legitimate purchases are made as verified by unique receipt numbers during the Entry Period.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To enter the Prize Draw, you must be a UK resident and be aged 18 years or over at the time of Prize Draw entry. You may not enter if you are an employee or agent of Operator or Promoter, or a third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Drawer or any such parties’ family members.
All winners must have been eligible to enter and must show valid ID showing proof of age at the point of redemption of the Prize. Failure to show valid ID will result in disqualification and you forfeiting your Prize.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
Participants of the Prize Draw will be in with the chance to win the following prizes; 1x gallon of beer (awarded as 8 separate ‘free drink vouchers’ from a selected range. 1x 2 ‘free drink vouchers’ from a selected range and 1x 1 ‘free drink voucher’ from a selected range. These prizes are available in each of the 657 participating pubs.
Free drinks from the following range: Birra Moretti, Cruzcampo, Fosters, Amstel, Sol (Bottle), Desperados (Bottle) , Brixton Reliance IPA, John Smiths Extra Smooth, Murhpy’s, Inch’s Cider, Strongbow Cider, Strongbow Dark Fruits, Strongbow Strawberry, Old Mout Cider (Pint & Bottle), Bulmers Cider (Bottle), Heineken (Bottle), Heineken 0.0% (Bottle). (Product availability will vary between pubs and will be limited to the range stocked)
Free drinks can only be redeemed between 13th March-30th April 2026 and only one drink can be redeemed per day.
No alternative prize will be offered.
HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED
Winning Participants will be drawn from a random draw of completed collector cards. Incomplete collector cards will not be entered into the draw.
Each of the 657 participating pubs may complete the draw in a manner to which they see fit.
Each draw is proposed to take place upon the completion of the Gold Cup race, currently scheduled for 4pm on Friday 13th March. This may be subject to change and the exact time of the draw will be subject to each individual pub operator’s discretion.
HOW ARE THE PRIZES REDEEMED?
Wining drink prizes will be redeemed through presentation of unique voucher codes, these will be issued directly from the operator of the pub hosting each independent draw. Winning drinks may be redeemed only at the venue where the draw was made.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Each pub operator may impose additional terms to the draw, including but not limited to, the presence of each entrant being required at the venue during the time of the draw.
PART 2 - CONDITIONS
Prizes
Participants acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee of winning a Prize. Any Prizes which are redeemable in the Operator’s venues shall be redeemable (i) subject to stock availability and (ii) The Operator accepts no responsibility if Participants attempt to redeem Prizes at non-participating pubs or if the relevant product is out of stock.
Where Prizes cannot be redeemed due to stock availability, the Operator will substitute this with a suitable alternative (such alternative to be at the Operator’s discretion).
The Operator reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value at the Operator’s absolute discretion without giving notice.
The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
If it is discovered during Prize verification that a Participant is ineligible to enter, has entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter, more than the stated limit, they will be disqualified and all of their entries will be void.
The Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Operator makes no representation, warranty or condition in respect of any Prize or part thereof.
Where Prizes include travel:
the Promoter will be responsible for booking and paying for the Prize on behalf of the winning Participant and any permitted guests. The winning Participant, and any permitted guests, acknowledge and agree that they will be bound by relevant third-party terms including but not limited to, any relevant tour or travel operators;
the winning Participant will be responsible for any travel-related administration in relation to the Prize;
any additional expenses not covered within the Prize details above are the responsibility of the winning Participant;
The Prize must be taken on the dates specified. The Operator reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner not validate their identity, age, ability to travel on the fixed trip dates and compliance with any relevant immigration criteria.
The Prize Draw
Where the Prizes are physical prizes this clause 2.1 will apply. Please allow 14 days for delivery or collection of the applicable Prize. If you do not collect the applicable Prize (or provide the Operator with an address for delivery (if applicable)) by this date, your claim to such Prize may (at the Operator’s discretion) become invalid.
The Operator does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the applicable Prize.
Entries that do not comply fully with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. The Operator has sole discretion in determining whether any entries submitted by any person comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Operator’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Publicity
By entering the Prize Draw, Participants hereby agree to their name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being used by the Operator for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winners of the Prize Draw further agree to be interviewed in connection with the promotion either in person or via telephone which may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded and the Operator may use such films, photographs and/or recordings for publicity and PR purposes.
If you object to any or all or any of your name, likeness, photograph, voice and video recording, and entry being published or made available, please contact the Operator at competitions@stonegategroup.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Operator must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Each Participant accepts and acknowledges that if the above consent is withdrawn, the Operator may not be in a position to remove the photographs, recordings and videos from webpages operated by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Operator and the MiXR app and brand, are owned by the Operator and/or the Operator’s licensors, and Participants have no right to use any intellectual property in and associated with the Operator and the MiXR app and brand, except in connection with the Promotion entry.
Participants hereby assign to the Operator any and all intellectual property rights in and associated with the Promotion entry (save for any Promoter intellectual property rights incorporated therein) with full title guarantee, such that the Operator has the full and exclusive right to use, reproduce, or publish such Promotion entry and accompanying materials for the purposes of administering the Promotion on its MiXR app; and
Participant’s hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive all moral rights in and to the Promotion entry and any moral rights in accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with Participant’s Promotion entry to which Participants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Promotion occurs.
Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Operator, the Promoter, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Operator, the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Operator nor the Promoter accept any liability for any expense, damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this Promotion or taking up a prize. Neither the Promoter nor the Operator are responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
Data Protection
In accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018, Stonegate Group is the Data Controller of the personal data that is collected for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.
Promoter has been appointed as a Data Processor (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) to assist in the administration of the prize draw. As a data processor, Promoter will process personal data on behalf of Operator in accordance with Operator’s instructions and applicable data protection laws.
The Promoter will process your identity, contact and social media data in order to fulfil the Prize.
The Operator and the Promoter’s lawful basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is performance of a contract.
For the purposes of administering this processing activity, your personal data will be processed solely in the UK and will not be made available to individuals or companies based outside of the EEA.

General
By taking part in the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from the Operator or the Promoter, including advertising and promotional material.
The Operator and the Promoter reserve the right to modify, cancel or amend this Prize Draw or to amend these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part where it becomes necessary to do so and without prior notice.
Winners shall not carry out or promote the goods and services of the participating venues in any way, including, but not limited to, advertising or posting about alcohol.
This promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
