About Us
The Crown, Scissett is a 18th century building, near to Denby Dale, Skelmanthorpe, and Clayton West. We are on the bus route for Wakefield and Huddersfield and we are also close to Denby Dale train station.
We are the heart of the community and have lots of different events going on throughout the year, we offer free pool on a Wednesday, we have a quiz night every Thursday, disco karaoke Fridays and live entertainment Saturdays.
We also have a selection of guest ales, a variety of draft lagers and beers, spirits, bottled beers and ciders, with different promotions on each month.
Both dog and family friendly, we look forward to welcoming you soon!
