About Us
The Drakes Drum is a historic pub in Plymstock, named after Sir Francis Drake, one of Plymouth's most iconic figures. Opened after World War II, the pub honours Drake’s legacy and the famous legend of his drum, said to sound if England is ever in danger.
With a large garden area featuring TVs, an outdoor bar, and a newly decorated interior with a darts board, The Drakes Drum is perfect for sports fans and those seeking live music every Friday and Saturday.
