If you shine in the Pub Heats, you’ll move on to the Regional Rounds this November, where the stakes get higher and the prizes get bigger - with up to £1,000 cash for regional winners and a place in the National Grand Final. At the end of it all, one champion will walk away with the £5,000 grand prize.

Terms and Conditions
· Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
· Participants must be customers of participating Craft Union pubs.
· Employees of Craft Union, Stonegate Group, Fireball, Fosters, or their immediate families are eligible to compete but cannot claim any prize money. In this situation the prize money may be donated to charity or awarded to the next eligible winner.
· Proof of age and identification may be required.
2. Entry & Participation
· Entry is free and open at participating Craft Union venues only. There are approximately 650 Craft union Pubs across England and Wales.
· Each player must register with the pub before competing.
· Pubs may run heats either as:
- A one-off event on a set day, or
- Ongoing weekly attempts with leaderboards until the submission deadline.
· Multiple entries may be permitted at one or more Craft Union pubs, the single fastest time will be recorded.
· Entry to regional rounds will be limited to 1 per player. Regional rounds are assigned per pub and transferring between regional rounds will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. To find the Locations and dates for regional rounds click HERE.
· Fastest recorded times must be submitted by 21st November via the provided link or QR code by a member of the pub team.
· By entering, participants agree to abide by the rules and these Terms & Conditions.
3. Competition Format
· Pub-Level Competition: Starts 27th October. Players must hit numbers 1–20 on the dartboard in numerical order as quickly as possible. Times are recorded and verified by pub management.
· Regionals Finals: Held 23rd, 29th or 30th November. Top 32 fastest players invited. 8 groups of 4 players compete; top 2 from each group advance to knockout rounds. Winner of each divisional final receives up to £1,000. Top 8 overall qualify for the National Grand Final.
· Grand Final: Takes place 10th January. 40 finalists (8 groups of 5). Top 2 from each group advance to knockout rounds. National winner receives £5,000.
4. Gameplay Rules
· Players take turns individually.
· Numbers must be hit in order (1–20).
· A number is 'hit' if the dart lands in any scoring segment (including doubles/triples).
· Each player may throw up to three darts per visit to the oche.
· Missed darts or those that bounce off the board do not score but do not reset progress.
· Players must stand 7 feet 9.25 inches / 2.37 meters from the board.
· The timer starts on the first throw and stops once number 20 is hit.
· Only the fastest verified time per player is submitted.
5. Prizes
· Pub-level prizes are at the discretion of each venue.
· Regional winners: £1,000 each**.
· National winner: £5,000.
· No cash alternative to prizes.
· Prizes are non-transferable.
** In some circumstances regional rounds may be split into two, where this occurs the prize money for regional rounds will be split into two £500 prizes.
6. Conduct
· Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or tampering with results will lead to disqualification.
· The decision of the pub operator, event referees, or Craft Union representatives is final.
7. Filming & Publicity
· By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and performance for promotional purposes across Craft Union, Fireball, and Fosters marketing channels.
· Photos and videos may be taken during all stages of the competition.
8. Liability
· Participants compete at their own risk.
· Craft Union and sponsors accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising during participation.
9. Data Protection
· Personal data will be used solely for administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment or as stated above.
· Data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and Craft Union’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
· Craft Union reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
· In the event of any dispute, the decision of Craft Union management is final.
· Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
