Terms and Conditions for Jameson x Craft Union SPD 2026
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. These Terms and Conditions also include EFL specific terms at the Schedule to this document. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries or other communication to this address.
2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 17:00 on 1st March 2026 and close at 23:59 on 8th April 2026.
4. Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must purchase one (1) Jameson Ginger & Lime at a participating Craft Union pub during the Promotional Period. Upon purchase, entrants will receive an A7 drinks card, featuring a unique entry code and QR code taking them to a promotional landing page.
Entrants must complete the online entry form by providing their full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and the entry code displayed on the drinks card.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per unique entry code (and corresponding A7 drinks card).
Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will be void and will not be entered into the promotion. Entrants may only enter the Promotion one (1) time. Multiple entries will not be valid.
5. Prize: Upon valid entry through the form, entrants will receive one (1) of the following two (2) triggered emails as part of an instant trigger mechanic:
a. An email containing:
• A redemption code for one (1) complimentary Jameson Ginger & Lime, which must be presented at the bar; and
• Entry into the prize draw for:
– Fifty winners (50) to receive Jameson merchandise; or
– One (1) winner to receive Two (2) General Admission Tickets to the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final 2026 on Saturday 23rd May 2026, for the Winner and their guest (guest must also be aged 18 or over at the start of this Promotion).
Complimentary Jameson Ginger & Limes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
b. An email confirming that no free Jameson Ginger & Lime has been awarded, but that the entrant has received:
• Entry into the prize draw for:
– Fifty winners (50) to receive Jameson merchandise; or
– One (1) winner to receive Two (2) General Admission Tickets to the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final 2026 on Saturday 23rd May 2026, for the Winner and their guest (guest must also be aged 18 or over at the start of this Promotion).
6. Winner selection: Every participant who enters the Promotion during the Promotional Period will be entered into a draw for a chance to win the Prize. At the end of each Entry Period, one winner will be chosen by the Promoter from all entrants by a randomised computer process (the “Winner”). A member of the Promoter’s team will then contact the Winner via email in order to verify their age and confirm prize information.
7. The Winner shall have a period of seven (7) days in order to reply to Promoter’s notification email in order to claim the Prize. Should the Winner fail to reply within this seven (7) day period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the original Winner.
8. The Winner must be aged 18 or over. The EFL will also be provided with information (including name and address) of the Winner for prize administration and databases will be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use the Winner’s personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so.
9. Tickets must be collected on match day from Wembley Stadium, and winners must provide photo ID to receive their tickets.
10. The Winner and their guest attending a venue to enjoy their prize must also comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the EFL, venue operators and/or any authority at the venue. The EFL, the relevant venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner. The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of their guest.
11. Entrance to this competition constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions and all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the Wembley National Stadium Ground Regulations. Both of these documents can be found at: www.efl.com/ticketconditions. The Winner must abide by those terms at all times. The promoter or the EFL accepts no responsibility if winner and/or the winner’s guest are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because venues regulations or any authority requests that removal.
12. Data Protection. Any information collected from entrants into the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion on Promoter’s behalf. Once all prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing ukconsumerfeedback@pernod-ricard.com. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself. 13. The following details are required from each winner and their guest: Full name, date of birth, email address, home address including postcode & supporting team. Full names and counties will be made available to the ASA or any other competent body upon request.
General
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
15. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
16. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this competition (including all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the relevant Ground Regulations in force at the venue), no refunds or any other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any Ticket that a winner has won in this competition where any Match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled (for whatever reason).
17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, which is also the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
