Grassroots Football - Terms & Conditions

BACKGROUND:

Between 13.08.26 and 03.09.26, (the “Nomination Period”) Craft Union pubs were invited to nominate local grassroots football clubs to participate in this promotion. Following the Nomination Period, the club receiving the highest number of nominations within each region was selected. A total of 32 clubs (one from each region) were chosen by The Craft Union Pub Company Limited (“Craft Union”) to participate in the campaign. However, where insufficient nominations were received in a region, or where no eligible club was identified, Craft Union reserves the right to select fewer than 32 clubs or select additional clubs from other regions based on nomination numbers. If two or more clubs receive an equal number of nominations within a region, resulting in a tie, the selected club will be chosen at random by Craft Union from among the tied clubs.

By completing the Entry Form, you (“Participant”, “you”, “yours”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of the Promoter (“our”, “us”, “we”), which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree to any other applicable third-party terms. 

Promoter:

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ (CCEP).

The Prize(s):

Prize 1: A total of three (3) BACS donations for winning Grassroots Football Clubs;

£5,000 for the club with the most nominations;

£2,000 for the club with the second highest nominations; and

£2,000 for the club with the third most nominations.

Prize 2: Three (3) pairs General Admission Premier League Tickets;

A pair of tickets to a 2027 Premier League fixture (*of which 3 pairs of tickets are available on the dates set out below).

Prize 2 does not include any travel or accommodation for Winner(s) or their guest(s).

Winner(s) (and their guest(s)) must be over the age of 18 on the date of the fixture. Tickets will be located within the Home Supporter areas of the ground.

Fixture dates and timings are subject to change, at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion, and no alternative matches will be offered.

The tickets are only available in the home section of the stadium; all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner at its sole discretion based on the findings of such background or information check.

Prizes are subject to any relevant third-party terms and conditions including, Premier League, any relevant Premier League club and the ground regulations of any relevant Premier League club’s stadium.

Prize 2 is STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Any ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified. Disqualifications (if necessary) shall be at Promoter’s sole discretion. No further correspondence will be entered into.

Eligibility: Entry is open to participating in-venue Craft Union customers of Great Britain aged 18+ only. Employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Craft Union, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected to this competition are not eligible to enter or be nominated.

In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and/or claim any prize you may win.

Entry Period: This competition opens on 14.09.26 at 00:00 and closes at 23:59 on13.11.26. Votes cannot be received after the closing date. If, for any reason that the web form is still live after the closing date, any votes received after the end of the Entry Period will be disqualified prior to winner selection.

Qualifying Products: Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Original Taste or Diet Coke, 16oz, 22oz or 330ml Sleek Can.

Participating venues: Any Prizes which are redeemable in Craft Union venues shall be redeemable (i) subject to stock availability and (ii) in participating pubs owned by Craft Union which are displayed in the list at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. Craft Union accepts no responsibility if Participants attempt to enter the competition at non-participating pubs or if the relevant product is out of stock.

How to participate:

Purchase a Qualifying Product at any participating Craft Union Pub (subject to availability)during the Entry Period;

Scan QR code displayed on marketing materials in venue or visit www.cokegrassroots.com and complete data capture form. All questions must be completed for your entry to be valid. You will be required to provide:

your full name;

your email address;

Vote for your local club

upload an image of your drink as proof of purchase (the “Entry Form”)

Follow the prompts on the Entry Form for Prize 2.

Grassroots Football Club: The 32 local sports clubs chosen by Craft must meet the following criteria to be in with a chance to win Prize 1:

Be currently affiliated to The Football Association, the Football Association of Wales, or an appropriate county or area football association

Train, play its home fixtures or have its registered address within the local authority area in which the nominating Craft Union pub is located .

Votes and entries are limited to one per person per transaction, per day. There is no limit to the amount of votes made by one person during the promotional period.

Winner selection and notification:

Prize fulfilment for Prize 1: From all eligible votes 3 x winning Grassroots Football Clubs will be selected on 20.11.26 (the “Selection Date”) by an independent third party (non-CCEP and non-Craft Union) based on the highest numbers of votes received per club. All Winners will be notified within 28 days of the Selection Date using the details provided at entry to arrange Prize fulfilment. We may contact the Craft Union pubs that nominated the winning Grassroots Football Clubs using the contact details provided during the nomination process to obtain relevant contact information for the clubs. We may also use information available from the Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC) register maintained by HMRC to obtain a postal address for the purpose of notifying clubs of their prize. Winning clubs will have 28 days from the date of notification to accept their prize. If a winning club does not accept its prize within this period, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the eligible club with the next highest number of votes.

Team Photograph: Winners will be required to sign a release form. By completing the Entry Form, Participants hereby agree to their name, likeness and photograph being used in Craft Union and CCEP promotional and advertising material, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winning teams by email and/or phone, using details provided at entry. If any of these Terms and Conditions are not complied with, we are unable to contact you using the details provided at entry, or you have not accepted the Prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Grassroots Football Club. We do not accept any responsibility if a sports team is not able to take up Prize 1 for any reason.

Prize fulfilment for Prize 2:

Winners will be drawn on the 20.11.26 from all valid entries & selected at random. The Promoter’s designated agency, Mesh Marketing, will supply and pay for the Prize as agent for the Winner(s) and their guest(s) from the following email address: coca-colawin@meshmarketing.co.uk. Winner(s) agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties Promoter or its designated agency will contact Winners within 48 hours of Selection Date to arrange delivery of the Prize.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are not complied with, we are unable to contact you using the details provided at entry, or you have not accepted the Prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to a new winner. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up Prize 2 for any reason.

Promoter holds no responsibility for loss or damage of Prize(s) after delivery.

Winners of Prize 2 must accept their prize within 5 days of notification.

Promoter and/or Craft Union are not responsible for:

any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition.

technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer account resulting from participating in this competition, or mistranscribed data.

unauthorised human intervention or human error which may occur in any part of the entry process or the process for allocating the Prize(s);

technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition or the processing of entries;

Nothing in this section shall exclude our and/or Craft Union’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.

Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

Participants acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee of winning a Prize.

Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.

In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the competition at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on Participants to avoid undue disappointment.

In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

If you win, you agree to co-operate (and to procure the co-operation of your companions who share in the benefits of the Prize) with any of our reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Promoter, Craft Union, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, Craft Union or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.

Our decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the details in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

We and/or Craft Union reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the competition and disqualify a Participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:

there has been a breach of:

these terms and conditions.

any law; or

any instructions forming part of this competition's entry requirements or otherwise.

A Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition or won using fraudulent means; or

A Participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the competition.

A list of Winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ within 3 months of the end of the Entry Period. Only the first name, surname and county of the Winners will be disclosed. If you object to your details (including name, likeness and photograph) being published or made available, you must inform us when you are notified of your win or by contacting the Promoter at coca-colawin@mesh.co.uk. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.

Data Protection: By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have obtained the permission of the individual named in your entry for the processing of their personal data necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in respect of the competition and to enable them to enter the competition and/or to claim any prize they may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate. If you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data prior to the end of the competition, your participation may be cancelled. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain will provide the competition microsite and collect and process personal data for the purposes of entering the competition. Please refer to the CCEP privacy notice for more information as to how CCEP will process and protect your data Consumer Privacy Notice | Coca-Cola Europacific Partners CCEP may collect and process the following data about physical prize winners: name, contact number, address, email address, date of birth and county of residence. CCEP will not retain any personal data collect as part of the competition for more than 60 days after the end of the promotional period.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Promoter, are owned by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s licensors. All intellectual property rights in and associated with Craft Union, are owned by Craft Union and/or Craft Union’s licensors and Participants have no right to use any intellectual property in and associated with the Promoter and/or Craft Union, except in connection with the competition entry.

Participants hereby assign to the Promoter and Craft Union any and all intellectual property rights in and associated with the promotion entry (including but not limited to any photograph) with full title guarantee, such that the Promoter and Craft Union have full and exclusive rights to use, reproduce, or publish such promotion entry and accompanying materials for the purposes of administering and/or publicising the promotion; and Participant’s hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive all moral rights in and to the promotion entry and any moral rights in accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with Participant’s promotion entry to which Participants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the promotion occurs.
