Terms & Conditions – Craft Union ‘Crafty Community Heroes’ Facebook Competition

Promoter details: Stonegate Pub Company Limited (BR014816) with its registered office at 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B90 4SJ (“our” or “we”).
Please read these Facebook competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and you agree to them.

1. Nominators and nominated entries to this prize draw must be residents of the UK and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of Heineken, or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the competition (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. The competition is not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families). A nominator may only make one nomination during the competition start and end date.

Entry:

2. The competition will open at midday on Monday 13th September and close at 23:59 on Sunday 26th September.
3. To enter you must submit your nominated entry to Craft Union (@Craftunionpubs) via Facebook Messenger. Competition information will be provided on the Craft Union Facebook page.
4. No purchase necessary. However, in order to enter the promotion, you must have an internet connection and a valid Facebook account.

Nominated Winner(s) Selection:

5. The winner(s) will be chosen by Craft Union.
6. The nominator(s) who entered the winning nominee(s) will be notified via Facebook Messenger, in response to their valid competition entry by 3rd October 2021.
8. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize(s):

7. There is a first prize, second prize and third prize to be won.
8. The first prize is a £500 travel voucher.
8.1 The voucher is redeemable on travel, holidays and activity days up the value of £500 and can only be redeemed through Creative Travel & Event Management.
8.2 Creative Travel & Event Management will contact the winner and assist in booking the trip.
8.3 The travel voucher is non-transferable and must be used by 31st December 2022.
9. The second prize includes £50 OrderPay App credit , 4 John Smith’s Extra Smooth Fleeces, 4 Fosters Hoodies, 4 Strongbow t-shirts, 4 Fosters pint glasses, 4 John Smith’s Extra Smooth pint glasses, 4 Strongbow pint glasses, Heineken Case of beers, Heineken Bottle bucket)
9.1 The £50 OrderPay credit should be used in accordance to the OrderPay App Privacy policy (https://orderpay.com/privacy-policy/).
9.2 The second prize winner must download and sign up to the OrderPay App in order to have their account credited with the £50.
10. The third prize includes 1 Fosters pint glass, 1 Heineken pint glass, 1 John Smith’s Extra Smooth pint glass, 1 Strongbow pint glass, 1 Case of Heineken bottle beers, 1 Heineken Bottle Opener, 2 Heineken Bar runners, 1 Heineken Ice bucket, 1 Heineken tray, 1 John Smith’s Extra Smooth Bar towel, 1 Heineken Jug, 25 Fosters drip mats.
11. If a prize is not claimed within 72 hours of the winner being notified, it will be deemed forfeited and Craft Union reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
12. If a nominator is informed that their nominee is a prize winner, they must provide Craft Union with the winning nominee’s full name, address and contact number in order to award the prize(s).
13. The winning nominee(s) details will be shared with Heineken in order to award the prize(s).
14. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
16.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence;
16.2 disqualify any participant:
16.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
16.4 who does not give correct contact details for the nominated entry;
16.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.

General:

17. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
18. Entrants’ details will be used to award the prizes. Details will be used in accordance with the Heineken privacy policy (see https://www.heineken.co.uk/privacy-policy)
