T&CS FOR THE JAMESON’S PROMOTION

1. Please read these promotion rules carefully. If you enter one of our promotions, we will assume that you have read these guidelines and you agree to them.
1.1 To enter the promotion, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of promotion entry. The opening date for entries is the 17^th March 2022 and the end date is 20^th March 2022.
1.2 Promotions are not open to Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families).
1.3 Only one entry per person throughout promotion.
1.4 Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.
1.5 Please follow the promotion guidelines. Stonegate Group reserves the right to amend the promotion end date at any time.
1.6 To take part in the promotion, the entrant must sign up to our Craft Union newsletter between 12pm on the 17^th March 2022 – 11pm 20^th March 2022.
1.7 There are 4 main prize Jameson’s Kits available each containing – 1 Jameson’s T-Shirt, 1 Jameson’s Cap, 1 Jameson’s Bag, 1 Bottle of Jameson’s and Chilly’s Bottle.
1.8 There are no runners up prizes.
1.9 The winner will be chosen at random and confirmed by email within 72 hours of the prize draw.
1.10 If you win a promotion, we will notify you by email within 72 working hours of the closing date.
1.11 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner. However, if the Stonegate Group are unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of the prize draw, Stonegate Group reserves the right to award the prize to another random eligible entrant.
1.12 Stonegate’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.13 Prizes will be confirmed to winners by the 23^rd March 2022.
1.14 The prize must be claimed by the winner within 72 hours of the winner being notified.
1.15 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
1.16 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18.
1.17 The winners’ details will be shared with Jameson’s and its prize administration in order to award the prize.
1.18 The prize will not be transferable to another person.
1.19 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
1.20 The prize is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions
1.22 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
1.23 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
1.24.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence
1.24.2 disqualify any participant:
1.24.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
1.24.4 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf;
1.24.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.
1.25 Entrants can opt out of their newsletter subscription and their entry will remain valid.
1.26 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.
1.27 Promotions on our brand social pages and websites are run by Stonegate Group, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.
1.28 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
