"One of the best roasts we've had! Vegan roast was delicious as was the beef. A great little pub, friendly atmosphere and wonderful food. The views are amazing too!"

"This pub is perfect all year round - cosy in the winter and stunning views from the garden in the summer. Lunch today was fantastic - the food was spot on (we had a mix of burgers, pies and salads on our table) and the service friendly (special shout out to Richard for this). Tips: do book ahead as it’s popular and do take cash for tips as, whilst you can pay by card, only cash tips are accepted and they are well-deserved."

"A friend and I planned a lovely Sunday walk to end up for a Sunday Roast Dinner at this pub based on it's excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely, relaxed, professional and friendly, and the setting is beautiful. The live music was amazing and we had a really wonderful time. Highly recommended and make sure you park on the main road, don't turn up the tiny road by the pub you can't turn around!"
